The role:

As a Branch Manager of the company’s largest store you will be leading and inspiring a team to craft memorable and creative design experiences for your customers, cultivating strong & positive relationships that encourage customer loyalty. You will be working alongside your team to lead from the front setting your store apart to stay ahead of the competition.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8 to achieve sales targets
• Achieve profitable and sustainable growth of the branch 
• Providing exceptional and quality service to all customers
• Work with the Internal Stakeholders to continually improve stock availability and inventory controls
• Identify new business opportunities therefore expanding our customer base
• Promote a team culture that encourages a positive and motivated working environment
• Financial and inventory reporting in order to track & identify and implement plans to improve store performance 

About you: 

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring staff including recruitment and performance management processes 
• A genuine interest in the design industry with good attention to detail
• Experience in a consultative retail environment - A passion for customer service excellence
• Proven experience in full end to end financial management of a store operation 
• A motivated, goal focused persona - you work well as a team & alone!
• Full drivers licence required
