Seeking a passionate Store Manager for a premium product FMCG brand. Thrive in a fast paced, large format store with this amazing role in Epsom.

About the role:

As Store Manager, you'll be running a complex FMCG operation, leading up to 50 team members across multiple departments, accountable for day-to-day operations and overall profit margin. 
  • Day-to-day management of perishable goods - an understanding of FMCG stock rotations will be essential
  • Run the store as if it's your own business - full autonomy given to you

About you:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a large-format, complex retail environment - FMCG management is not essential for this role 
  • A people-focused leader who is across training, development and coaching of staff
  • Proficient in reporting, analysing and forecasting data 
  • Track record of stock management and large volumes 
  • Highly energetic and physically fit
  • Customer experience is at the heart of what you do
