Seeking a strong sales & people focused Store Manager for a very well known & successful retailer in Albany.

The company:
Operating for over 100 years, our client is part of one of the most renowned retail groups across New Zealand & Australia! With 40 brand-specific stores across New Zealand, they lead the way in their sector and offer quality products as well as a memorable & inviting customer experience!

Key responsibilities of the Store Manager:
  • Managing a team of 12 in a high performing flagship store 
  • Leading your team to provide exceptional consultative in store service
  • Stock management including visual merchandising
  • Completing daily & weekly reporting
  • Driving your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and Sales Targets

Ideal Candidate:
  • Ability to demonstrate a collaborative leadership approach 
  • Proven sales success in a management capacity & driving a team
  • Positive, outgoing and driven attitude/approach to people & business is essential
  • 2+ year of experience in retail store management 
  • Passion for jewellery is advantageous 
  • Strong consultative sales experience & ability to lead from the front 
  • Competent with admin / office / computers
  • Understanding of the retail industry & personal passion to learn
