Seeking a fun, people focused Store Manager for a very well known & successful retailer in St Lukes! Great salary package + achievable commission!

Our client:
Our client, with a century-long history, is a leading member of a prestigious retail conglomerate in New Zealand and Australia. With 40 specialized stores across New Zealand, they pioneer the industry, offering top-notch products and a memorable customer experience.

Key responsibilities of the Store Manager:
  • Managing 8 your sales team in a high-performing, stable setting 
  • Leading your team to provide exceptional consultative in-store service
  • Stock management including visual merchandising
  • Completing daily & weekly reporting & various admin duties 
  • Driving your team to achieve & exceed KPIs and sales Targets

You will bring: 
  • 2+ year of experience in retail store management 
  • Passion for jewellery is advantageous 
  • Strong consultative sales experience & ability to lead from the front 
  • Ability to demonstrate a collaborative leadership approach 
  • Proven sales success in a management capacity
  • Positive, outgoing, and driven attitude/approach is essential
  • Competent with admin / office / computers
