As a Assistant Boutique Manager you will lead and inspire a team in a designer boutique environment. Ensuring policies and procedures are upheld you will maximize profitability and upkeep brand positioning. You will build and nurture a loyal return VIP clientele utilising clienteling to build brand advocacy.

What experience you'll need:

• Previous experience managing a team in a luxury/fashion retail environment.
