This brand is looking for their next Store Manager of their Southland store! This high profile brand is known and recognised all across the globe for its trendy and versatile range of highly sought for products. 

About the role:
In their recently new and improved Southland store, this brand is looking for an eager and talented retail manager to join their team! You will lead a team of 15 to success, and inspire them to smash store budgets and goals by setting kpis and working side by side them on shop floor. 

Your responsibilities: 

• Guide your team members to provide excellent customer service within the store 
• Performance manage your team and develop them in their roles 
• Assist in maintaining store appearance and merchandising standards 
• Manage and control store inventory and prevent loss

Skills & Experience: 

• You will have previous Store Management experience in retail
• Have a passion for building and motivating a team
• Experience with working towards budgets and KPIs
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop a team 
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
