About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of 8 skilled Client Advisors in the company's flagship boutique. Oversee all day-to-day operations with autonomy, make the store your own! With excellent customer service skills and knowledge of luxury fashion products, you will have the chance to lead your team to success and grow the brands presence in Australia.
  
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase client satisfaction
• Monitor performance of staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures and consistently provide an exceptional client experience 
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the business
• Maintain efficient operations store wide through strategic planning and delegation

Desired Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in premium or luxury retail management
• Strong customer service skills with clienteling and CRM experience 
• Knowledge of stock management and merchandising techniques
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively lead a high performing team and work independently as required
