Stuart is a country boy at heart hailing from a small NSW town of Goolgowi (also known as the middle of nowhere). Stuart started his first job in Retail at The Warehouse and then after leaving school moved into Hospitality Management running cafes, bars and restaurants of various shapes and sizes across Australia and New Zealand. Stuart also spent 4 years in TV Production working on New Zealand's iconic children's show What Now!

Joining Retailworld as a Recruitment Rookie, Stuart is now the Director of the South Island and has taken it in his stride proving that having a passion for people, resilience and a drive to be successful – you can achieve anything!

In 2018 Stuart won the Retailworld Resourcing Rookie Of The Year and Agency of The Year followed by the High Achiever award in FY22.  Stuart enjoys the relationships built with both candidates and clients and loves the recruitment process with all its ups and downs.

Outside of Retailworld Stuart enjoys socializing with friends and family, travelling, wining & dining!

Stuart is based in our Christchurch office which recruits an extensive variety of retail jobs across the South Island. Meet the rest of the Christchurch team and view all of their current retail jobs from Store Managers to Executive level here.
