Rachael is a true people person with a genuine passion for retail.
Rachael has worked in retail environments for over 15 years. Her passion for people led her to study Human Resources which enabled her to combine her love of People and Retail.
Rachael worked for Global Fashion and Telecommunications Retailers within Human Resources for a number of years before she first joined Retailworld in 2015 as an Executive Account Manager. She fell in love with the strong process and partnerships that she created with our clients and candidates to get mutually great outcomes for both.
Racahel rejoined the Retailworld team in 2022 after 6 successful years as an HR Business Partner for a Melbourne based wholesaler and retailer. She had a strong focus on Corporate Retail and Wholesale Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement.
Rachael is now back in the RWR Melbourne office, looking to reconnect with the greater retail network and drive successful outcomes for all of her beloved retailers and candidates that she partners with.
Outside of work she keeps busy with a young growing family. She loves great food and wine and loves to maintain her social calendar with friends and family.
