Working her way through the ranks, Claire started her retail career as a casual for one of Australia's largest fast-fashion brands, by the time she was 19 she was running the groups highest turnover store nationwide.
A natural-born leader, Claire knows how to build relationships that help her team reach their full potential. Through coaching and development she enabled her team to see all of the possibilities a career in retail can offer, it was a true motivator throughout her 8+ years of retail leadership.
Claire's successful career progression comes from her resilience and her drive, she consistently seeks new and improved methods to achieve results.
When she isn’t off on a spontaneous road trip, a true brunch girl at heart, you’ll always find her with a coffee in hand (or an espresso martini after hours)
