About the Role
Based at the Brisbane Airport boutique, this Assistant Store Manager position is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy, high-footfall environment. Working closely with an experienced Store Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, coach and mentor your team, maintain premium visual standards, and deliver an exceptional experience to both local and international customers.

This role offers a consistent Sun–Thurs roster, featuring early starts and early finishes — ideal for leaders who value a structured routine, afternoons free, and work–life balance that supports family commitments, study, fitness, or personal priorities.


What You Need

• Proven leadership experience within retail (fashion, beauty, lifestyle or accessories welcome)
• Strong commercial skills with confidence in KPIs, sales and wage control
• Visual merchandising strength and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to motivate, train and support a high-performing team
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and customer service capability
• A polished, service-led approach with a passion for elevated retail
