Your New Role: As Store Manager, you’ll take the lead at their brand new location on the Central Coast; this store is expected to be a high volume location with a team of 10 - 20 and a loyal customer base. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing all day-to-day operations and ensuring strong commercial performance. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll set the tone, lead by example and help your team thrive.
What You Will Look After: - Leading the daily operations of a high volume, high turnover store with a broad and fast moving product range.
- Creating a positive and supportive team culture where people enjoy their work and feel part of something meaningful.
- Driving store performance through coaching, sales leadership and strong customer engagement.
- Managing stock flow, visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain high standards.
- Ensuring safety, compliance and operational processes are followed every day.
- Developing your team through regular feedback, training and clear expectations.
The Experience Checklist: - Previous experience managing a high volume or large format retail store.
- Be confident leading a team of upto 20 employees in a fast-paced setting.
- Have strong operational skills, including stock control, rostering, business acumen and compliance.
- Understand how to read and act on sales reports and KPIs.
- Be passionate about customer service and team development.
- Have a practical, down to earth and structured approach with great communication skills.
