Your New Role:

As the Store Manager you’ll lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and drive strong sales results. You’ll bring energy and warmth to the floor while maintaining beautiful store presentation and ensuring an unforgettable experience for every customer. You’ll play a key role in building a positive and high-performing culture.

• Proven experience managing a retail store and achieving sales and KPI targets
• A natural leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring and team development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine customer first mindset
• An eye for detail and presentation with a love for quality and sustainability
• Availability to work a flexible roster including weekends and key trading periods.
