A rare opportunity has opened for a hands-on, commercially minded Store Manager in Whangarei. This new location has strong early momentum, and the team is ready for a leader who can lift capability, set high standards, and drive both results and culture.

The Role | As Store Manager, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leading by example and setting high service standards
• Coach, develop, and recruit a motivated team, building capability across sales, operations, and visual merchandising
• Drive commercial outcomes, analysing data and taking action to lift performance
• Implement operational processes to ensure the store runs efficiently and effectively
• Strengthen the store’s connection to the local community through activations and partnerships
• Champion a positive, people-focused culture where staff feel valued, engaged, and inspired

Store & Team:

• Prime Whangarei location and brand spanking new store 
• Lead an amazing in-store team, including an ASM, Sales Associates, Warehousing support, and a Visual Merchandiser
• Run the store like your own business with autonomy and support from a strong area leadership team
• Roster is one weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
