What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading your team from the shop floor with passion and purpose
• Driving a customer-first culture with styling, confidence and consistency
• Coaching, developing and motivating a high-performing team
• Managing store operations, stock flow, and visual merchandising
• Ensuring alignment to brand standards and store presentation
• Reporting on performance and contributing to store strategy and improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Proven retail leadership experience — ideally within fashion or apparel
• A love for styling and empowering customers through fashion
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• A sharp eye for VM and an understanding of what makes a store shine
• Confidence with tech tools including POS, scheduling, and reporting systems
