What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership experience within retail, hospitality, or customer-centric environments
• Proven capability to support large teams and drive consistent performance
• Confidence leading on the shop floor, providing coaching and guidance in real time
• Ability to manage fast stock movement and maintain high standards of presentation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster within a 24/7 operation (three shift options available) 

The Role:
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations and driving a culture of service excellence. You will coach and motivate your team, ensure smooth and compliant store processes, maintain accurate cash handling, and contribute to creating world-class shopping experiences. Working within the newly refurbished retail footprint, you will help showcase premium products through elevated merchandising and customer engagement. Your hands-on leadership will ensure the team delivers consistently high standards in service, merchandising, and operational discipline.
