About the  Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead their Karrinyup team. Our ideal candidate will be confident in managing all aspects of running a store, with the ability to lead from the front in driving store performance and exceptional customer service,  to deliver outstanding results. If you have a passion and drive for providing exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with customers, then this is the role for you.

To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail fashion store (highly desirable)
• You cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability, to maximise performance
• You lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections
• Great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team
• You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
