About the Role
As Store Manager at Carindale, you’ll take full ownership of the brand’s key Queensland location. This is a pivotal role requiring a hands-on leader who can turn performance around, engage with customers on the shop floor, and your team. You’ll be accountable for sales, wage control, and operational standards while ensuring the store reflects the brand’s premium aesthetic. With direct access to senior leaders and strong support from head office, this is a chance to make a tangible impact on growth and brand presence in the Brisbane market.

What You Need

• Proven retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or accessories
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach, and retain a team
• Commercial acumen across KPIs, wage budgets, and sales performance
• Visual merchandising strength and a genuine interest in fashion and interiors
• A career retailer with stability, resilience, and energy to grow the store long-term
• Presentation that reflects a premium, fashion-forward brand
