The Role:
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our store, delivering an exceptional, personalised shopping experience to our clientele. You will play a key role in driving sales, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the store reflects our premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience, building strong relationships with new and returning customers
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, including upselling and add-on sales
• Understand and communicate product knowledge across the full range of homewares, furniture, and décor
• Provide expert styling and design advice tailored to customer needs
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects the brand’s premium aesthetic
• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including stock management, inventory, and reporting
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and care
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and motivated team environment

Skills & Attributes:

• Previous experience in premium retail or homeware sales, ideally in a senior or supervisory role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and sales-driven mindset
• Passion for homeware, interior design, and styling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Personable, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly
