Your New Role

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of Chatswood location. You’ll be responsible for leading a small, close knit team, driving sales results and delivering a customer experience that feels both personal and professional. This role is hands on, balancing the commercial needs of the business with the day to day management of your people and store.

What You’ll Get Up To

• Lead, train and develop a team of around 5 to deliver results and build succession
• Drive store KPIs including conversion, UPT and ATV, with a focus on client engagement
• Deliver personalised service, styling advice and relationship-based sales
• Manage store operations including rostering, stock control, VM, compliance and reporting
• Build a positive store culture where both customers and team members feel valued

The Experience Checklist:

• 2+ years in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving KPIs
• Experience leading and developing a small team (5+ people)
• Strong customer service and styling skills, with a focus on building client relationships
• Solid retail operations knowledge - rostering, stock management, VM, reporting and compliance
• A hands-on leadership style, comfortable balancing the floor with back-of-house tasks
