About the role:

In this hands-on role, you’ll be a true leader who leads by example, is happy to get hands-on, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service and team support every day. You will maintain a strong focus on health and safety to ensure a secure, compliant environment for customers and staff alike.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspire, lead and motivate your team to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain high health and safety standards and actively manage risk to create a safe, well-maintained workplace
• Execute daily store operations with a hands-on approach to ensure efficiency and smooth service
• Drive a positive workplace culture, lead by example, and encourage staff development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a retail or Hospitality leader in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices with a consistent commitment to uphold standards
• Collaborative approach and a “can-do” attitude, willing to step in wherever needed
