About the Role

We are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join the Doncaster boutique! This is an exciting opportunity to support the Store Manager in leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team while delivering an elevated client experience.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, developing and motivating the team, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining visual and operational excellence, building strong client relationships, and upholding the highest brand standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales performance and exceeding KPIs
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
• Building lasting client relationships and growing the client database
• Upholding the luxury brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
• Assisting with training, recruitment, and performance development of team members
• Maintaining operational excellence across stock, loss prevention, and administration

What You’ll Bring

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to accuracy, client experience, and brand presentation
• A genuine love for fashion, unique style, and creativity
• Fashion degree or similar education (highly valued) to support in-depth styling and design conversations
• Strong retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients across all demographics
• Ambition to build a long-term career, with a desire for growth and development opportunities
