What you’ll be doing:

• Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service
• Supervising, training, and mentoring team members
• Overseeing day-to-day department operations and acting as Duty Manager when required
• Receiving stock, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked
• Managing priorities, motivating the team, and staying calm under pressure
• Building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within Meat, Produce, or Bakery
• A hands-on leader with strong organisational and multitasking skills
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong people skills – approachable, reliable, and motivating
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekdays, nights, and weekends
• Full Australian Working Rights
