The Role
We are seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join the Newmarket boutique team. In this role, you’ll combine your flair for styling with strong sales skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for driving individual sales, supporting store operations, and building lasting client relationships that reflect the premium nature of the brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have proven retail sales & styling experience, ideally within fashion, footwear, or accessories
• A genuine passion for styling, fashion, and creating personalised customer journeys
• Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Mature, professional, and confident, with excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, presentation, and boutique standards
• Team-oriented, positive, and adaptable
• Roster - one weekend day and a late-night shift (some roster flexibility here)
