The role:
Our client is seeking a customer-focused and down to earth Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational and organizational standards, handling administrative tasks, managing inventory, and developing effective business strategies. You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction and achieving monthly sales targets.

Ideal candidate:

• Proven high volume retail management experience in a customer experience focused environment
• Passion for driving excellent customer service standards 
• Proven ability to motivate and coach a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven and ready to make an immediate impact
