About the Role
As Department Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a key department within a flagship Southside-Brisbane location. You’ll be accountable for team performance, commercial outcomes, visual execution, and creating an exceptional customer experience. It’s a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where your ability to lead with energy and adapt quickly will be key to your success. Working closely with senior store leaders, you’ll coach your team to achieve KPIs, maintain stock flow and standards, and respond in real-time to business priorities. This role offers genuine growth and career development in one of the most recognised names in global retail.

What You Need

• Proven retail leadership experience - ideally in fashion retail or high-volume apparel
• Confidence leading and developing large, diverse teams
• A commercial mindset with the ability to read data and implement results-driven action plans
• Strong visual merchandising instincts and high attention to detail
• Resilience, agility, and the ability to pivot in a fast-moving environment
• Passion for fashion and an eye for global trends
