About the Role:

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll take full ownership of the digital marketing function — from campaign strategy and execution to analytics, optimisation and agency management. 

This is a hands-on role with autonomy. You’ll shape campaigns, manage budgets, report on performance and collaborate across content, design, and showroom teams both locally and internationally.

What you'll do:

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and creative leads to bring strategy to life through sharp digital execution.
Your focus: delivering performance across the entire funnel — from traffic to conversion.

• Run paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google (search, shopping, display)
• Drive SEO optimisation and maintain best practice across website content
• Own conversion performance through CRO, landing page testing and funnel improvements
• Collaborate on email marketing and automation strategy (no Klaviyo experience required)
• Build and report on campaign performance using GA4, Meta dashboards or manual tools
• Support ongoing website improvements — ensuring content is current and pages are optimised

What You’ll Need:

• Solid hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, and CRO — ideally within eCommerce, retail or agency environments
• Strong performance mindset: confident analysing data and optimising campaigns to improve ROAS
• Highly organised with an eye for detail — you’ll be the glue between strategy and delivery
• A collaborative team player who’s excited by a fast-paced, creative, and high-growth environment
• Experience with Shopify or Klaviyo is a bonus, but not required
