As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Site Manager with the smooth and efficient running of the site. You’ll lead a small team, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure operational standards are consistently met.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating your team
• Serving customers and managing transactions
• Maintaining stock and store presentation
• Managing rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing
• Upholding safety and compliance procedures
• Contributing to ongoing performance improvements

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience leading a team in a hands-on, operational role
• A strong customer focus and great communication skills
• Physically capable and comfortable in an active work environment
• Confidence using basic computer systems (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Background in retail, fuel, logistics, or hospitality highly regarded
