Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs and targets
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through styling and service
• Oversee all daily store operations including rostering, stock management, and cash handling
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation reflects brand guidelines
