Exciting opportunity for a Senior Store Manager/Multi-site Manager to lead operations in this fast paced, high volume retail store in Newmarket!

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Store Manager to join a leading fashion brand, who are celebrated for their premium collections & vibrant in-store culture!

Role responsibilities: 
  • Empowering and mentoring a talented team to elevate individual strengths and collective performance
  • Leading with purpose to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Applying strategic thinking to streamline processes and enhance daily operations
  • Bringing trend awareness and styling expertise to the floor, helping customers feel confident and inspired
Desired skills and experience:
  • MUST have Multi-site or Senior Store Manager experience within $3M + annual turnover environments 
  • Must have strong experience within ladies fashion/accessories
  • Track record in delivering results & turning store sales around
  • Highly motivated & excited by the challenge of growing store sales
  • Passion for training and inspiring staff in sales and customer service
