Who Are You?

• You have 2+ years of experience in agency recruitment, or a background in sales or a client facing role where relationship building is key.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are motivated by structure, clear goals and smashing your KPIs.
• You’re passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences, with a strong "customer-first" mindset.
• You know how to build and nurture talent pools and you’re naturally curious, proactive and a confident networker who enjoys connecting with people and creating opportunities.
