Regional Manager – New Zealand | Lead the Future of Athletic Fashion Retail in Aotearoa
Are you a dynamic retail leader passionate about performance, innovation, and community? We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and elevate their retail operations across New Zealand.

About the Role:
As the Regional Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our New Zealand retail strategy, overseeing a portfolio of high performing stores across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch - with an exciting new global flagship store opening soon. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow our presence in the region. Reporting directly to an experienced and supportive Retail Director based in Australia, you’ll enjoy the autonomy to make impactful decisions, backed by a strong international team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and manage store teams to achieve excellence in customer service and sales performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and store operations across all locations.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion and implement strategies to drive profitability and market share.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships within local communities to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
About You:
  • Experience: You must have a strong and proven track record in multi-site retail management, preferably within the fashion, athletic or lifestyle apparel and/or footwear sectors. 
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. 
  • Stock Management: Demonstrated expertise in high-volume, strategic stock management across both outlet and full-price retail environments.
  • Strategic Thinker: Adept at analyzing market trends and implementing effective business strategies.
  • Passion for Movement: Aligns with our mission to inspire people through movement and sport.
