Large Format Store Manager – Mega Flagship | Hamilton
We’re partnering with a global leader in sports fashion retail, known for its massive international footprint, trend-driven product offering, and bold, high-energy store environments. With over 3,000 stores worldwide and continued growth across Australia and New Zealand, this brand is expanding fast and setting the pace in the market.

They’re currently on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Store Manager to take the lead in their high-performing large format Hamilton store, which boasts an experienced and extremely engaged team.

About the Role:

• Lead a team structure including ASM, 3IC, In-store VM, and 3 Department Managers, plus a large team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants 
• Manage a well-established, low-turnover store and take it to the next level
• Oversee all commercial performance metrics – wage control, KPIs, sales growth, stock movement
• Ensure exceptional standards across customer service and in-store execution
• Inspire, mentor, and drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and high performance

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership in a single-site store with min. $7M+ turnover or across a small retail multi-site portfolio
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage managers
• Strong operational and commercial acumen – full understanding of store KPIs, wage cost control, and visual merchandising strategy
• Hands-on, highly present leadership style – equally passionate about floor presence and backend performance
• Backgrounds in high volume fashion, footwear or sportswear retail is essential
