We’re searching for a creative, customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team. This is not just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to showcase your artistic flair and bring our brand to life through personalized sneaker customization.
As the first face our customers see, you’ll inspire and engage through storytelling, creativity, and exceptional service. You’ll work alongside an experienced team member and enjoy the flexibility to develop your craft while connecting with customers in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use artistic skills (drawing, painting, sketching) to customize sneakers and elevate customer experiences.
• Assist in-store and on-tour, combining sales expertise with creativity to achieve team goals.
• Provide exceptional service, tailoring experiences to individual customers with empathy and professionalism.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and deliver accurate information to customers.
• Actively participate in team activities, sales, and store operations when not co-creating.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong artistic background (Fine Arts major or similar preferred) – Portfolio required.
• Self-motivated, empathetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing roles and travel requirements.
• Previous experience with materials and customization is a plus.
• Sales ability

Hours: 40 hours = 4 weekdays + 1 rotating weekend day (flexible schedule)
