Skill and Attributes:

• Strong Management experience, ideally 2-3 years management experience within a fast-paced retail environment 
• Effective time management skills
• Confident in leading, training, and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximize the store's performance
• Ability to work well under pressure 
• Proven experience in stock management & VM
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Excellent customer service standards

About the Role:
As Store Manager of their flagship store, you will have the chance to shape and develop the business from the ground up. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining store operations.
