Overview: Seeking a passionate and motivated Store Manager to lead the Pukekohe store, overseeing daily operations and driving a stable, high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a drive to build on a successful store in a growing area. Ideally, a local who is connected with the community.

Key responsibilities of the Store Manager:

• Lead, inspire and develop 6 sales team members in a high-performing, stable setting with consultative instore services
• Driving your team to achieve & exceed KPIs and sales Targets
• Daily store operations including stock management & visual merchandising
• Completing daily & weekly reporting & various admin duties 
• Foster relationships with the local community to build and retain a strong, loyal client base

You will bring: 

• 2+ years of experience in retail store management 
• Passion for jewellery is advantageous 
• Strong consultative sales experience & ability to lead from the front 
• Ability to demonstrate a collaborative leadership approach 
• Proven sales success in a management capacity
• A positive, outgoing, and driven attitude/approach is essential
• Competent with admin/office/computers
