The Role 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join the boutique team in Sydney, CBD. In this role, you’ll provide an exceptional luxury experience, showcasing the elegance and craftsmanship of Swiss watches and fine jewelry. Your expertise and personalised approach will build lasting client relationships and contribute to the growth and success of the boutique. 

The ideal candidate

• Proven luxury retail experience, ideally in high-end jewelry or timepieces is preferred but not essential.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication skills with a warm, professional approach.
• Passionate about luxury, craftsmanship, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt in a consultative sales environment.
