The opportunity: 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Client Advisor to deliver impeccable service and create an extraordinary experience for clientele in what will be the newly established boutique opening in early 2025 where you will represent a luxury watch brand in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

Skills & experience required:

• Minimum 3 years of Senior Client advisory experience, preferably in the luxury timepiece or jewellery sector 
• Proven ability to build and maintain longstanding relationships with clients by offering personalised service and expert product advice
• Confidence in developing comprehensive knowledge of our clients products, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends 
• A team player who collaborates effectively to uphold a luxurious and inviting store environment 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
