The Opportunity & Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our boutique in Melbourne's CBD. In this intimate team of five, you'll represent a prestigious premium accessories brand and have the opportunity to showcase your passion for high-end jewelry and accessories.

With a thorough introduction to our brand and products, you'll confidently share your expertise with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships in a dynamic, close-knit environment.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Client Advisor in premium or luxury brands.
• Strong foundation in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and clienteling, with a willingness to further develop these skills.
• Familiarity with working with high-end clientele and an understanding of their needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product knowledge clearly.
• Impeccable presentation and a natural ability to offer outstanding customer service.
• A sales-driven mindset, always striving to meet and exceed targets.
• A genuine passion for luxury accessories and an eagerness to continue learning about the products you represent.

• Base salary of $62,000 + Super.
