About the Role

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent service
• Develop strategies to increase sales and drive the team towards achieving KPI's
• Recruit, train and motivate staff to maintain a high standard of customer service
• Lead and support a small team of up to 6

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a retail environment
• Demonstrable success in leading and motivating teams
• A good understanding of financial targets and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
