Recently opened a new store in the heart of Melbourne's buzzing music and art scene, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the team and help grow our exciting brand.
Do you live and breathe art, music, and fashion? Have a creative flair and love working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We want you! Lead a team of up to 15 amazing individuals, collaborate with senior management on exciting events, and inspire our customers with your passion and vision.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of 15+ to deliver top-notch customer service and hit sales targets.
• Drive Sales: Use your proven skills to grow profitability and manage stock levels.
• Event Magic: Be part of planning and running creative in-store events and promotions.
• Grow the Brand: Work closely with senior management to shape the store’s direction and expansion.

Skills & Experience You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in store management with a strong track record of leading teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while handling heavy stock.
• A natural leader who can motivate, mentor, and inspire a team.
• Experience with stock management and driving sales.
• A passion for art, music, and fashion is a must!
