About the Job:

• Leading and motivating a team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Merchandising and maintaining the store to visual and operational standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and working with relevant teams to ensure stock availability.
• Providing ongoing training and development to your team to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

About You:

• Retail management experience, with experience in jewellery sales highly regarded
• A passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail and design.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
