Position Overview: As a Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading our retail store to success. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational excellence, fostering a customer-focused culture, and driving financial performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Coach and lead a team of 10+ individuals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
