The position:
Seeking a Store Manager who can inspire a happy team, delight customers, and excel at planning, organizing, and adapting in high-pressure situations. This manager should create an inviting shopping environment that captivates our traveling customers.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including sales, stock, and visual merchandising
• Lead and train the store team
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company processes
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience
• Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives
• Maintain store operations, cleanliness, and product displays
• Handle staff rosters and recruitment
• Achieve sales and KPI's

For success in this role, you need:

• At least 5 years of experience as a retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
• Proven skills in team leadership, coaching, and strategy implementation
• Core values focused on safety, customer satisfaction, and daily motivation for your team
• Strong relationship-building abilities with team members, peers, customers, and stakeholders
• Trustworthy and able to have good conversations and connect with travellers
• Ability to make sound decisions

Salary/benefits: 

• Fantastic base salary $65k-70k (Experience depending) + incentives!!
• Flexible 40-hour roster providing the store is covered (Store hours are 6 am - 10 pm daily)
• Ability to take ownership of a new store in NZ. To grow and develop it's culture and people
