The Role: 

As a Department Manager, you will work with the rest of the leadership team to drive efficiency within a fast-paced environment, made up of 3 departments. You will closely follow fashion trends and work within a commercial role where it is all about efficiency, with a focus on people, process and product. You will drive your department to success, developing and leading the team to achieve high efficiency and exceptional service. 


About You:

• Come from a busy, high volume environment where people come first
• Background in an operational and fast-moving business with strong people management skills 
• Interest in fashion trends and styling
