As an Assistant Store Manager you will lead a consultative sales team to deliver exceptional service in a high volume retail environment. You will be polished, articulate and professional about team development. You will be calm under pressure with experience prioritising tasks in a fast paced retail environmental. To be successful you need to have:

• Experience supervising a volume driven retail environment
• An energetic, outgoing personality
• Exposure to KPI's
• Experience with rostering, merchandising and driving sales
• A hunger for personal growth and development
• A passion for customer service and making your customers day.
