About the role:
We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Manager to lead our large format youth-driven fashion store. As the Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and fostering a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere.
 
To be successful you need to have:
  • Experience supervising a volume driven retail environment
  • An energetic and outgoing personality 
  • Exposure to KPI's
  • Experience with rostering, merchandising and driving sales
  • A hunger for personal growth and development
  • A passion for making your customers day
  • Managed team sizes of 20+
