The role:
Leading a large format, fashion giant, retail store. This role will have you manage, coach and further develop your team, driving in-store through your motivation and strength as a senior leader. Reporting directing to an inspiring Area Manager who will support your long-term goals and ambitions. The total team size is between 30-50, with the support of an Assistant Manager, VM Manager, Department Managers, Stock Controllers and Sales Associates. 

Skills and Attributes required:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in senior management, preferably retail
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment 
• Proven ability to follow up on your sale targets & profit, KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximise results
• Recruitment expertise in training, development and succession planning
• Experience in health & safety, ensuring legal and security issues are being handled in accordance with the companies standards
• Hard-working, go-getter attitude!
