The Brand

What's required for the role

• Train, mentor and coach team members to exceed set targets and KPIs
• Provide exceptional customer service whilst managing daily duties in a fast-paced environment 
• Lead and inspire the team on the shop floor and back of house to ensure that all operational tasks are completed
• Proactive approach and confident understanding in loss prevention management and stock management processes
• Ensure mannequins, displays and windows are updated in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines and expectations 

About you

• An experienced Store Manager who can lead a team of 15+ (sports background is preferred but not essential) 
• Experience in training, coaching and developing team members
• You have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's
• A motivated, organised & efficient operator with a passion for visual merchandising
• Prior experience at effectively managing rosters and wage control
• Passion for sporting lifestyle and up to date with the latest sporting trends
