The role:
This is a floor based position in which you will responsible for providing exceptional customer service, following up with leads, providing quotes, processing sales & visual merchandising! With the store owners looking to step away from the business in due course, there is immediate opportunity to step up into a Store Manager role as soon as you have learned the ropes!

Key responsibilities:

• Consistently delivering memorable customer experiences in store
• Providing expert information on products that will drive their lifetime loyalty & connection to the brand
• Following leads, providing quotes and managing phone/email enquiries
• Maintaining a positive & vibrant store experience and assisting with day to day operations
• General housekeeping, merchandising & upkeep of store presentation
